You agree to use a suitable, non-offensive, name.
Do not choose a name similar to a (former) adminname (Delano, Donnie, EL Padrino, Last don Drenth, MeRv, Spinal, Vinny) and try to avoid numbers in your name. Domainnames (like badfellas.org) are not allowed as username.

Racism is absolutely not allowed and will result in an ip-ban immediately.

You are allowed three accounts per IP or three accounts per person, whichever is lowest. If you play with more than one person per IP, you can not have three accounts per person. Extra accounts will be deleted, with or without consulting you first.
The limit of Swiss bank accounts per IP is also set to three. Any more bank accounts may be deleted without warning.

The use of proxy servers is not allowed. Registering via proxy is also not allowed!

You agree not to flame or threaten anyone, anywhere. This includes clan-bashing and country-bashing.

It is not allowed to spam persons or spam the forums.

You agree not to post offensive text anywhere. This includes your profile text, personal messages (pm's), and the forums.

Any content you post in your profile, pm's, or on the forum is your own responsibility. Nor the BadFellas crew, nor anyone else is responsible for it.

You agree not to swear much, we're not a Christian game, we're a Mafia game. An occasional 'shit' is okay, but don't be a bitch and say shit in every fucking message you post.

If you ever notice any bug, no matter how small, you are obliged to report them. This is not a request, this is your duty.

Your IP address is logged every time you visit BadFellas. You agree to not use IP scramblers or anything else to hide your real IP address.

Nudity is not allowed on the forum. Ask your clanleader for the nudity policy on your clanforum.

Nude drawings are allowed on your profile. Keep it decent though.

It is not allowed to ask for any ROMs, serial numbers, hacks or cracks for websites and/or programs on the forums.

Do not beg people for money.

Do not ask people to trade BadFellas accounts and/or money for "real life" money.

Do not share any personal information (full name, home address, etc) to anyone. Not yours, and certainly not from anyone else.

It is not allowed to spam other sites. This includes recruiting games such as "Kings of Chaos".

BadFellas has the right to edit or delete any content you post on BadFellas. This includes your profile and the forums.

It is not allowed to use scripts of any kind (such as rank scripts) to help you play.

It is not allowed to have a bust account, i.e. an account that you only use to bust other accounts out of jail.

The admins have the right to reset or terminate the game at any time. However, everyone will be notified at least 30 days in advance, should this ever happen.


Violation of the ToS will be punished. This includes but is not limited to: a jail sentence, being deleted, deletion of money, a complete ban.
